How can crystal grids help you?

Crystal grids can be used for just about anything! Whether you're seeking support with meditation, emotional or physical healing, navigating a difficult situation, passing an exam, buying or selling property, manifesting your dream job, improving relationships, or simply bringing more awareness into your life, the possibilities are endless.

I’ve used grids for both short-term and long-term goals, as well as to deepen self-awareness. After all, don’t we all want to live a joyful life with the inner knowing that everything will be okay?

My life circumstances, how I grew up, my beliefs, all contributed to me not being able to trust the universe 100%, so I liked to supervise God at times, so to speak! I couldn’t stop being worried, not knowing, I couldn’t trust the invisible. I constantly worried about the unknown and felt uneasy placing trust in the invisible.

So, I created a grid specifically to help me let go and trust. A few hours later, I found myself crying—it was a deep awareness. I was faced with what I had to let go of, and I booked a session with Megan to explore the root of my mistrust. That session helped me gain powerful awareness about where my fears were coming from, and I released even more of what was no longer serving me.

Every time you do energy work, you're releasing something you're ready to let go of. And believe me, we all have a lot to release. Life is meant to feel good. If you don’t feel happy and at peace at least 80% of the time, it’s worth digging deeper. You deserve joy, ease, and clarity—and Megan and I are here to support you.

Here’s another personal example. I love someone deeply, and when there were gaps in our communication, my ego would panic. I found myself texting just to confirm the connection. I couldn’t relax and not text for a week! It wasn’t about losing him—it was about my discomfort with silence. So, I created a small pocket-sized grid to carry with me. It helped me manage the urge to reach out from fear. Now, I text from a place of love rather than anxiety or insecurity.

While I hold and maintain space for your grid, I intuitively recharge your stones whenever I’m called to do so. At times, I may also add or remove stones, guided by what your energy needs in that moment.

I believe crystal grids and healing can be a co-creative partnership between you and the elements within the grid. The stones always offer clear, focused energy, but what you receive depends on how open you are to that energy and what you're ready for.

What’s complementary healing, and how might it help you?

In energy healing, combination treatment refers to using a variety of healing modalities together to support a deeper, more holistic transformation. These might include Reiki, meditation, crystal healing, Resonance Repatterning, Emotion Code, Body Code, and other techniques.

Each modality addresses different aspects of your energy system. By combining them, we can access emotional, mental, physical, and energetic layers all at once. Think of it like this: if you're trying to treat a spot on your skin, you wouldn’t rely on laser treatments alone. You might combine lasers with injectables or topicals for optimal results. The same principle applies here.

Using only one method may bring temporary relief or insight, but for lasting change, a multi-layered approach is far more effective.

Another key element? Consistency. You wouldn’t apply Retin-A once and expect your skin to stay wrinkle-free forever. It takes time, regular use, and commitment. The same goes for the emotional stories, beliefs, and patterns you've carried for years. One session can bring awareness, but healing is a journey, and layering different tools and techniques over time is what creates real freedom from low-frequency emotions and limiting thoughts.
